William Taylor (1794-1857)
Redgrave gives the following, ‘He practised in the line manner, and his art was well esteemed. Among his works are ‘Acis and Galatea’ after R. Cook R.A. and a portrait of the Duke of Wellington, after [Thomas] Lawrence P.R.A. He died suddenly in 1857.’
