Walter Edwin Law (20th Century British School)
W Edwin Law was a prolific etcher of the early years of the 20th century. Architectural subjects, often in London – Westminster Abbey, is a prime example – were his speciality.
He often inscribed the lower margin of his etchings with the words ‘RA exhibitor’; he is recorded as having exhibited once at the Royal Academy in 1904.
