Tom Whitehead (1886-1959)
Whitehead was born at Leeds and studied at the Halifax School of Art and at the Royal College of Art. In addition to his etched work, Whitehead, a member of the Society of Yorkshire Artists, produced portraits and landscapes in oils, watercolour and pastel.
