Edward Mossforth Neatby RMS ARCA (1888-1949)
Neatby was born at Leeds and studied at the Royal College of Art and at the Slade School. A noted muralist, portrait and landscape artist, Neatby exhibited regularly at the Royal Academy, the Royal Institute of Painters in Watercolour and the Royal Scottish Academy among many others.
