John Lodge (d. 1796)
According to Redgrave, Lodge, ‘Practised in the last half of the 18th century, and both drew and engraved with some spirit, but in a slight, unfinished manner. He died April 4, 1796.’
The Metropolitan Museum, New York has one of his trade cards in their collection. He describes himself as a ‘Copper-plate engraver in all its branches.’
